Job Summary

To support organizations in modernizing collaboration and service management, the remote Atlassian Consultant will leverage over five years of consulting experience to configure and administer Atlassian products, deliver cloud migrations, and facilitate process transformations.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure and administer Atlassian products and Marketplace applications to meet client needs
• Lead cloud migrations and enterprise tool implementations while participating in discovery workshops
• Create training materials to ensure long-term platform adoption and successful client engagement

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of consulting or enterprise Atlassian administration experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related tools
• Proven success in delivering cloud migrations and process transformations
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and DevOps practices
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities effectively
