Job Summary

To support organizations in modernizing collaboration and service management, the remote Atlassian Consultant will leverage extensive experience with Atlassian products to deliver cloud migrations, process transformations, and tool implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and administer Atlassian products and Marketplace applications to meet evolving client needs
• Facilitate discovery workshops to define business outcomes, tool architecture, and process alignment
• Create training and enablement materials to support long-term platform adoption and client engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or enterprise Atlassian administration experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related tools
• Proven success in delivering cloud migrations and enterprise tool implementations
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and DevOps practices
• Experience creating training materials for platform adoption
