Atlassian Migration Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Atlassian Migration Lead to drive complex enterprise migration projects within the Atlassian ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise migrations, including Discovery, Data Mapping, Execution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live
• Proactively identify and escalate technical blockers that may impact project timelines
• Manage the Statement of Work (SOW) and prevent scope creep through formal Change Orders

Requirements:

• 5 to 8+ years of technical project management experience, focusing on software implementation or complex data migrations
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite and understanding of architectural differences between Data Center and Cloud
• Experience managing projects involving migration or integration of non-Atlassian legacy tools
• Strong grasp of consulting economics, including managing billable hours and fixed-price contract delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with a capacity to handle scope creep professionally
