Atlassian Platform Administrator
Job Summary
Managing and optimizing the client's Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, the full-time Atlassian Platform Administrator will deliver end-to-end platform administration, support enterprise change initiatives, and ensure secure operations while working remotely from Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee governance, commercial matters, and strategic escalation management for the Atlassian platform
- Deliver project/space setup, workflow design, automation, and access governance across Jira and Confluence
- Provide L1-L3 support services to ensure platform reliability and drive continuous enhancements
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator
- Strong expertise in Atlassian Site Administration, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Administration
- Experience with Zephyr for JIRA and API Development and Integration
