Job Summary

A company is looking for an Atlassian Platform Owner, responsible for managing the strategy and lifecycle of the Atlassian suite of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision and multi-horizon roadmap to align with organizational goals
• Manage a team of Atlassian admins to ensure effective execution of technical work
• Develop processes and best practices to maintain a scalable and sustainable environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in Project Management, Business Systems Analysis, or Product Management in the Atlassian Suite
• Deep understanding of Atlassian Cloud and its organizational impact
• Ability to advocate for product direction and manage stakeholder resistance
• Strong skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex requirements
• Experience with Agile, ITSM, or DevOps frameworks is preferred
