Atlassian Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise clients in navigating complex challenges, the full-time remote Atlassian Solutions Engineer will partner with sales teams to design scalable solutions, lead discovery sessions, and deliver tailored demonstrations across Atlassian platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape solution strategies aligned to business outcomes
- Lead discovery sessions focused on workflows and tooling across IT, engineering, and business teams
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and solution narratives across Atlassian platforms
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in presales, solutions engineering, or consulting within SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
- Working knowledge of Agile, ITSM, and/or DevOps practices
- Experience designing and presenting solutions that connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
