Atlassian Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Atlassian SME to work on a pivotal Federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and optimize Atlassian tools into workflows, particularly within the VA
• Train users and admins on best practices for using Atlassian tools
• Integrate Atlassian tools with other systems and manage user permissions and security settings

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, OpsGenie)
• Experience configuring Jira projects, workflows, and custom fields
• Experience working in Agile software development teams
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be a US Citizen and able to attain low-level security clearance
