Atlassian System Administrator

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and technically proficient, the remote Atlassian System Administrator will manage the company's Atlassian Cloud platform, including Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, while partnering with various teams to optimize workflows and enhance automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration of the Atlassian Cloud stack, including Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, in a Cloud-only environment
• Design, build, and maintain Jira Cloud Automation rules and integrations with other business systems to streamline operations
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards while providing real-time visibility through dashboards and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on administration experience with Atlassian Cloud, specifically Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud
• Deep expertise in configuring Jira Cloud projects, workflows, and security schemes
• Strong experience with Jira Service Management Cloud and Confluence Cloud administration
• Technical fluency with Atlassian's integration tools, including JQL, REST APIs, and low-code platforms
• Understanding of security and compliance fundamentals in a SaaS context, including RBAC and SSO/MFA
