Atlassian System Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Architect - Atlassian (Systems Administrator III) to design and maintain the Atlassian platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and maintain architecture artifacts, assess architectural changes, and monitor platform updates
• Manage and administer Jira cloud instance, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Implement and maintain Jira Service Management processes and integrate Jira with other enterprise systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software development, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on Jira administration in a cloud environment
• Relevant Atlassian certifications preferred
• Expertise in configuring and customizing Jira workflows and projects
• Extensive knowledge of Jira Service Management implementations and ITIL-based processes
