Atlassian Technical Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Atlassian Technical Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert on Atlassian tools, providing advanced client support, designing enterprise-grade solutions, and enhancing system reliability through automation and best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on Atlassian products and best practices while providing advanced support for Jira, Confluence, and Bamboo
- Design and deploy highly available Atlassian environments and maintain best practices for both on-premises and cloud-based solutions
- Develop standardized processes and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities and delivery excellence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical operational environment
- Expertise in configuring and scripting for various operating systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems with multiple components
- Experience with authentication and directory services integration, such as Active Directory and LDAP
- Familiarity with relational databases and scripting using REST APIs
