Job Summary

A company is looking for an ATM Help Desk Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to ATM Field Service Technicians to ensure high availability of ATMs
  • Deliver technical phone support and manage processes for first-time resolution and sustainable ATM performance
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, services, and network issues related to ATMs
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Technology, or technical certification in relevant technologies
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Able to work nights and weekends as needed
  • Ability to understand ATM systems for effective problem diagnosis
  • Experience in managing multiple systems and handling internal/external reports
