Job Summary
A company is looking for an ATM Help Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to ATM Field Service Technicians to ensure high availability of ATMs
- Deliver technical phone support and manage processes for first-time resolution and sustainable ATM performance
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, services, and network issues related to ATMs
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Technology, or technical certification in relevant technologies
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Able to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to understand ATM systems for effective problem diagnosis
- Experience in managing multiple systems and handling internal/external reports
