Job Summary

A company is looking for an ATM Help Desk Technician (2nd Shift & Weekends).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to ATM Field Service Technicians and ensure high availability of ATMs
  • Deliver technical phone support and manage processes to achieve first-time resolution and sustainable ATM performance
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, services, and network issues related to ATMs through established processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Technology, or relevant technical certification (Microsoft, Cisco, Unix/Linux, ITIL Foundations, CompTia)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical support role
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with end users
  • Understanding of ATM operations for effective problem diagnosis and resolution
