ATM Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting ATM implementation projects from planning through activation, the full-time remote ATM Implementation Specialist will coordinate setup activities, manage project plans, and serve as the primary client-facing contact to ensure successful delivery and service readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ATM implementation activities from project initiation through completion for client installations and related changes
• Manage project plans and track deliverables based on client onboarding and implementation requirements
• Investigate and help resolve technical issues that arise during implementation by coordinating with appropriate teams and resources

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, project coordination, or operations support in a client-facing environment
• Experience working with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables and resolve issues
• Strong experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a business environment
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and apply them in a structured implementation environment
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
