Job Summary
Driving attendee growth and group participation, the full-time Attendee Development Representative will conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective attendees, manage lead nurturing, and track registration progress in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to individual opt-in leads, past attendees, and other identified prospects to convert interest into registrations
- Sell and recruit company group attendee/delegate packages to increase participation and revenue
- Manage nurture sequences for assigned prospects and track pipeline activity using CRM tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, event management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume outbound communication, attendee recruitment, or similar roles
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Experience supporting events, conferences, or B2B sales preferred
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales pipeline and audience development strategies
