Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney for their Next division, focused on rapidly incubating and launching new vehicle-adjacent businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the Ford Next business leaders in evaluating new business opportunities
• Negotiate and draft transaction agreements for the formation and growth of new businesses
• Manage and coordinate outside legal advisors on transaction-related matters

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school
• 5+ years of legal experience, with membership in good standing of the Michigan Bar or eligible for registered in-house counsel status in Michigan
• Experience in forming and providing legal services associated with growing new businesses and monetizing these businesses
