Attorney for SaaS Transactions

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney specializing in SaaS & Commercial Transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and structure sophisticated SaaS and commercial agreements
• Partner with sales and business leaders to accelerate revenue while managing legal risks
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation, compliance obligations, and commercial strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial transactions or technology law
• Experience in the insurance, retirement, or pension industry is a plus
• Deep experience in negotiating complex SaaS and software licensing agreements
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. State Bar
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders
