Attorney for SaaS Transactions

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Attorney for SaaS Transactions, the full-time remote position will draft, negotiate, and execute complex commercial agreements while partnering with various business leaders to manage legal and commercial risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and structure sophisticated SaaS, software licensing, and enterprise commercial agreements
• Partner with sales and business leaders to accelerate revenue opportunities while managing legal risks
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation, compliance obligations, and commercial strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial transactions, technology law, or SaaS contracting
• Strong background in negotiating complex SaaS and data privacy agreements
• Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and high-value transactions
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across functions
