Attorney Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

To support the Extended Handler Bodily Injury (EHBI) Casualty Unit, the fully remote Attorney Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate and resolve attorney-represented bodily injury claims, confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents, determine coverage and liability, negotiate settlements, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential for complex cases
• Handles investigations regarding coverage, liability, and damages of complex auto claims with discretion
• Reviews, evaluates, and negotiates moderate to complex injury claims

Required Qualifications

• Experience handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims
• Advanced understanding of insurance policies and industry practices
• Ability to navigate technology and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Ideal candidates should reside in the CST or EST time zone
