Job Summary

To investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex specialty claims involving commercial casualty losses, the fully remote Attorney Licensed Commercial Adjuster will determine coverage, assess liability and damages, and negotiate claim settlements within authority limits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed investigations into advanced auto claims, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to manage claims effectively
• Negotiates settlements for moderate to complex injury claims, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• Experience handling commercial casualty claims and attorney-represented bodily injury claims
• Strong background in auto liability and injury claim investigations
• Proficient in assessing complex coverage, liability, and damage issues
• Ability to negotiate settlements for moderate to complex injury claims
• Experience in subrogation and fraud identification is preferred
