Job Summary

Supporting Lumen's Global Partner Solutions organization, the remote Attorney, Partnerships (State Licensed) will draft, negotiate, and advise on partner and channel-related contracts while managing the contract lifecycle and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate partner agreements and related customer contracts
• Provide practical legal guidance on contract terms, risk, and compliance considerations
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including amendments and renewals, aligned with company policies

Required qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities
• Collaborative approach with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
