Job Summary
Supporting the Associate, Counsel, Law Student, and Virtual Office recruiting efforts, the full-time Attorney Recruiting Assistant will manage candidate data, coordinate interviews, and assist with recruiting programs in a remote or hybrid setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the attorney recruiting team, including managing correspondence and calendars
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for candidate interviews and assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Support the execution of the Summer Clerk Program and law school outreach events, including interview scheduling and event logistics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1-2 years of experience in legal recruiting, professional services, or a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
