Job Summary

Supporting the Associate, Counsel, and Law Student recruiting efforts, the full-time Attorney Recruiting Assistant will manage candidate data, coordinate interviews, and assist with recruiting programs in a remote or hybrid capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and West Coast Manager of Attorney Recruiting, including managing correspondence and complex interview schedules
  • Maintain candidate files and databases, ensuring accurate records and assisting with onboarding for new lateral attorney hires
  • Assist with the execution of the Summer Clerk Program and law school outreach events, including logistics for interviews and recruiting programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in legal recruiting, professional services, or a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion
