Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support its recruiting efforts in the West Coast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates for lateral positions and prepare interview summaries
  • Coordinate all stages of the attorney recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and create reports on hiring activity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required; three or more years of law firm recruiting experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively
