Job Summary
A company is looking for an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support its strategic growth in the West Coast region.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for lateral positions and prepare interview summaries
- Coordinate all stages of the attorney recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
- Maintain candidate records and create reports on hiring activity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required; three or more years of law firm recruiting experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple deadlines effectively
