Job Summary
Proactively identifying and engaging qualified lateral attorney candidates, the remote or hybrid Attorney Sourcing Specialist will develop pipelines of talent across various practice areas and geographic markets while supporting the firm's recruiting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source lateral attorney candidates for openings across the firm's offices and practice groups
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using various research tools and platforms
- Conduct market mapping to identify attorneys with relevant experience and potential long-term fit
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience required
- Prior attorney recruiting experience required
- Strong understanding of law firm practice areas and lateral hiring processes
- Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates through direct sourcing
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
