Attorney Repped Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

To support the Extended Handler Bodily Injury (EHBI) Casualty Unit, the fully remote Attorney Repped Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate and resolve attorney-represented bodily injury claims, confirming facts of loss, determining coverage and liability, negotiating settlements, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and manages complex cases accordingly
• Handles investigations of complex auto claims, exercising discretion and independence within authority limits
• Evaluates and negotiates moderate to complex injury claims while identifying customer needs and providing appropriate service

Required Qualifications

• Experience handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims
• Advanced understanding of insurance policies and industry standards
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to navigate technology efficiently in a remote work environment
