Attorney Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the firm's attorney recruiting efforts, the remote or hybrid Attorney Sourcing Specialist will proactively identify and engage qualified lateral attorney candidates while developing pipelines for various attorney openings across practice areas and geographic markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source lateral attorney candidates for openings across the firm's offices and practice groups
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using various research tools and platforms
• Conduct market mapping to identify attorneys with relevant experience and potential long-term fit

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience required
• Prior attorney recruiting experience required
• Experience sourcing lateral attorneys in a law firm or legal recruiting agency strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of law firm practice areas and lateral hiring processes
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing
