Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for secondary mortgage marketing activities
• Manage relationships with counterparties, including buyers, sellers, and servicers
• Conduct compliance research on loan-level and securitization-related regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 2-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience in mortgage finance, securitization, or structured finance preferred
• Exceptional contract negotiation and drafting skills
• Business acumen and knowledge of the intersection of law and finance
