Job Summary

Guiding sellers through the live auction process, the full-time Auction Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and support while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to sellers throughout the live auction experience from launch to completion
  • Monitor live auction activity and respond promptly to seller inquiries and issues
  • Manage updates and corrections to auction listings, ensuring accuracy and a high-quality user experience
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a related customer-facing role
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills with a genuine desire to assist others
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Interest in and familiarity with enthusiast, collector, or classic vehicles is highly preferred
