Job Summary

Audience Data Operations Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for supporting the execution of audience data and identity products, acting as a key operational resource between Sales, Product, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and configure audience segments in DMP and ad servers, ensuring accuracy and performance
  • Coordinate client audience onboarding requests and track support tickets for timely resolution
  • Produce monthly reports on audience data usage and assist with invoicing and cost reconciliation
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, or data operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Communications, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across teams
  • Appreciation for data privacy and listener data integrity
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising and DSP platforms is a plus
