Job Summary
Audience Data Operations Coordinator is a full-time role focused on supporting audience data and identity products through operational tasks, client coordination, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage audience and DMP operations, including building segments and troubleshooting delivery issues
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, and vendors, coordinating client onboarding and support requests
- Produce monthly reports on audience data usage and assist with sales enablement tasks and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, or data operations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across teams
- Understanding of data privacy and listener data integrity
- Exposure to programmatic advertising and DSP platforms is a plus
