Job Summary
Audience Data Operations Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for supporting the execution of audience data and identity products, acting as a key operational resource while collaborating with various teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure audience segments in DMP and ad servers, ensuring accuracy and troubleshooting delivery issues
- Serve as a liaison for Sales, Planning, and Account Management by coordinating audience onboarding requests and tracking support tickets
- Produce monthly reports on audience data usage and assist in monitoring first-party data performance and cost savings
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, or data operations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Appreciation for data privacy and protecting listener data integrity
- Exposure to programmatic advertising and DSP platforms is a plus
