Job Summary

Audience Data Operations Coordinator, a full-time position responsible for supporting audience data and identity products through operations, liaising with sales and vendors, and reporting on data usage and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and configure audience segments in DMP and ad servers, ensuring accuracy and troubleshooting delivery issues
  • Coordinate client audience onboarding requests and track audience-related support tickets for timely resolution
  • Produce monthly reports on audience data usage and assist in monitoring first-party data performance for cost savings
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, or data operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Communications, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Appreciation for data privacy and protecting listener data integrity
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising and DSP platforms is a plus
