Job Summary
Audience Data Operations Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for supporting audience data and identity product operations, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring data accuracy and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure audience segments in DMP and ad servers, maintaining existing segments and troubleshooting delivery issues
- Act as a liaison for Sales, Planning, and Account Management, managing client onboarding requests and support tickets
- Generate reports on audience data usage and performance, assisting with invoicing and cost reconciliation
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, or data operations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of data privacy and listener data integrity
- Exposure to programmatic advertising and DSP platforms is a plus
