Audience Development Associate

Job Summary

To support the growth of virtual and live conferences, the full-time Audience Development Associate will develop long-term business relationships and secure the attendance of qualified investors and decision-makers, working remotely in an entry-level position.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media to drive engagement and attendance
• Identify and secure opportunities for events while maintaining accurate records in the CRM database
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and identify new business opportunities

Required qualifications

• College degree is preferred
• Advanced English skills in speaking and writing are required
• Professional communication skills with the ability to pitch to C-Level Executives
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a solutions-oriented approach
