Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for audience growth and engagement across various platforms
• Oversee social media accounts and develop email strategies to meet readers' needs
• Track and analyze audience data, communicating insights to inform editorial and organizational decisions

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in audience development, social media editing, or marketing
• Deep familiarity with social media and email platforms, with a proven track record in audience growth
• Comfort with tracking and interpreting audience metrics and translating data into actionable insights
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with topics related to American Jewish politics, Jewish art and culture, or left politics
