Job Summary
Leading audience growth initiatives, the full-time Associate Manager of Audience Development will build and manage a qualified database of IT decision-makers across North America, supporting both virtual and in-person events while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and segment a robust database of qualified IT executives using various lead-generation tools
- Develop and manage opt-in acquisition programs across webinars, newsletters, and event campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign readiness and compliance while tracking audience engagement metrics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in audience development, marketing operations, or demand generation, preferably in the B2B tech or events sector
- Deep understanding of the North American IT landscape and executive buyer personas
- Proficient with list-building tools such as Apollo.io and ESPs like Marketo or Cvent
- Experience sourcing and managing opt-in databases in compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments
