Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audience Engagement Associate to support the operational and engagement aspects of its subscription business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle messaging for subscribers and registered users, focusing on onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
• Serve as a primary contact for subscriber support, addressing billing and access inquiries
• Collaborate with editorial, product, and audience teams to enhance the subscriber experience and identify patterns in customer feedback

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, audience development, subscriptions, or digital media
• Comfort working with subscriber databases, CRM tools, or billing platforms
• Analytical approach to understanding audience behavior and retention
• Interest in journalism, news products, and subscription-based media
• Experience at a subscription-based publisher or media company is preferred
