Audience Insights Manager

Job Summary

Leading audience development and insights, the full-time hybrid Reporting & Audience Insights Manager will manage performance tracking, analyze audience behavior, and support technical operations for meme campaigns and social content.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve internal tracking systems and dashboards to measure content performance and audience engagement
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to produce strategic reports and insights for clients and internal teams
• Support technical operations for content distribution, including platform access and troubleshooting of posting infrastructure

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in audience insights, reporting, social analytics, or digital campaigns
• Strong understanding of social platforms, particularly Reddit, and audience behavior
• Experience in tracking performance data and maintaining dashboards
• Ability to translate data and audience responses into strategic insights
• Interest in progressive politics, advocacy, and internet-native content
