Job Summary
To lead strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives that grow, engage, and retain target audiences across multiple brands, the full-time Audience Marketing Manager will optimize marketing strategies, analyze audience insights, and manage multi-channel campaigns in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy for assigned products, ensuring accountability for performance and ROI
- Leverage audience data to identify growth opportunities and implement data-led marketing plans
- Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns while monitoring performance and applying testing strategies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in audience development, subscription marketing, or digital campaign management
- Demonstrated ability to interpret audience data and convert insights into actionable strategies
- Experience managing Customer Data Platforms
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, including campaign planning and execution
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
