Job Summary
Leading Audience Skilling programs and operations, the full-time Audience Strategy & Operations Manager will manage content execution, campaign prioritization, and program delivery to ensure alignment across audience teams for consistent delivery at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and scale an Audience Insights Center of Excellence to drive operational excellence and standard processes
- Lead end-to-end audience content operations for AI Skills Navigator, coordinating with product teams on deliverables and timelines
- Define and drive adoption of editorial calendars and prioritization frameworks for campaigns and content
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent plus 1+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, learning and development, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in program management, content operations, or go-to-market execution
- Ability to prioritize across competing demands and navigate ambiguous environments
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, creative, and business stakeholders
- Track record of building and scaling operating models or centers of excellence
