Key Responsibilities

• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for customers using various techniques
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on tools and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
• Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model
