Job Summary

Leading a team of talented Audio Engineers, the full-time Audio Engineering Lead will create and refine custom voices for clients, ensure optimal audio quality, and provide training and technical guidance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Audio Engineers in delivering high-quality audio solutions
• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voice designs for ElevenLabs' customers
• Provide hands-on training and technical support on ElevenLabs tools and best practices

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, or related fields
• Experience working directly with clients and creative teams
• Strong proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools or Logic
• Deep understanding of voice characteristics and audio performance nuances
• Ability to translate customer needs into effective audio solutions
