Audio Transcription Specialist

Job Summary

To support a short-term remote project, native U.S. English speakers will join as Audio Transcription Specialists, recording and transcribing customer service conversations based on client-provided scripts to enhance AI language systems.

Key responsibilities

• Record natural customer service conversations following client-provided scripts
• Accurately transcribe recordings and segment audio into natural speech units
• Identify and label speakers in multi-voice recordings while adhering to transcription guidelines

Required qualifications

• Native speaker of U.S. English
• Strong listening, reading, and writing skills in English
• Detail-oriented with a minimum accuracy of 95%
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Willingness to complete a mandatory pre-assessment to evaluate skills
