Audio & Video Content Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Russian-speaking Audio & Video Content Manager to work full-time remotely, who will manage the production and publishing pipeline for audio and video content, set and track content volume targets, and identify financial growth opportunities to enhance service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Own the production and publishing pipeline for audio and video content, ensuring sufficient volume and quality
• Set quantitative content-volume targets and diagnose issues if the plan is off track, launching necessary tasks to close gaps
• Analyze content metrics and prepare reporting/dashboards while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English (B2+) and Russian (C1+); Spanish or Chinese is a plus
• 2-4+ years of experience in content management within the dating/social/media industry
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and content metrics
• Basic understanding of video/audio production and experience with AI tools for content generation
• Proactive mindset with a strong ability to take initiative and drive results independently
