Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Audio Video Technical Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via calls, portal requests, and emails, ensuring effective and timely resolutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, collaborating with team members to escalate complex problems
• Create and update knowledge base articles and participate in technical training to enhance product knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in information systems, engineering technology, computer programming, or related fields; non-technical majors with relevant experience may be considered
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
