Audiobook Producer

Job Summary

Managing the production of a diverse portfolio of audiobooks, the full-time remote Audiobook Producer will oversee title production, engage with vendors, and ensure high-quality outputs while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage with production vendors and outside contractors, including narrators and studios
• Develop casting lists and collaborate with other producers to expand the talent pool
• Ensure audiobook production runs on schedule and within budget, addressing any issues that arise

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in audiobook production
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and solve problems under pressure
• Detail-oriented and well-organized self-starter
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of Airtable is a plus
• Conversational or fluent in Spanish is a plus
