Audiobook Producer

Job Summary

Managing the production of a high volume of audiobook titles, the full-time remote Audiobook Producer will source production vendors, develop casting lists, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage with production vendors and outside contractors, including narrators and studios
• Develop casting lists and collaborate with other producers to expand the talent pool
• Ensure audiobook production runs on schedule and within budget while maintaining high production quality

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in audiobook production
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize under pressure
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; proficiency in Airtable is a plus
• Conversational or fluent in Spanish is a plus
