Job Summary
A company is looking for an Audiology Tech Support Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer experience and technical support coverage
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, and monitoring performance of Audiology Technical Support agents
- Evaluate agent performance and conduct coaching sessions to improve quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Audiology Degree of M.S./M.A./Au.D. or HIS equivalent with 1-2 years of clinical/field experience
- Strong technical foundation in hearing aids and proven leadership experience in audiology
- Experience in de-escalating challenging customer interactions
- Ability to facilitate virtual training sessions and manage a large team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum internet speed of 50 mbps
