Job Summary
A company is looking for an Audiology Tech Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer experience and technical support for hearing aid technology
- Completes technical troubleshooting and offers fitting solutions for hearing aids
- Assists in training team members and logs customer interactions in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Audiology Degree (M.S./M.A./Au.D. or HIS equivalent) with 1-2 years of clinical/field experience
- Proven ability to engage with customers and provide technical expertise
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills
- Must have a minimum high internet speed of 50 mbps (hard wired)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
