Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audiology Tech Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides exceptional customer experience and technical support for hearing aid technology
  • Completes technical troubleshooting and offers fitting solutions for hearing aids
  • Assists in training team members and logs customer interactions in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • Audiology Degree (M.S./M.A./Au.D. or HIS equivalent) with 1-2 years of clinical/field experience
  • Proven ability to engage with customers and provide technical expertise
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills
  • Must have a minimum high internet speed of 50 mbps (hard wired)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
